About Northside
Northside is a warm, fully licensed in-home multi-age daycare that has proudly served the community since 2001. We are committed to providing high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages.
We are members in good standing with ECEBC, YMCA CCRR, and Fraser Health, and we actively participate in local sports, recreation, and community programs. Conveniently located near James Park Elementary, our center supports families with a strong sense of community connection.
Our Programs
We offer a fun, play based carefully designed pedagogical enviornment designed to support the nurtuing needs and development of infants through school-aged children. Our programs include a kindergarten prepardness component, helping children build the skills and confidence they need for a successful transition to school.
Each child receives individualized attention within a caring and supportive environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and growth.

Our Team
Our program is led by Cannice, an experienced and highly qualified educator with a Master’s in Education, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Child Psychology and another seperate Bachelors degree (over and above the certification) in Early Childhood Education and Care (graduating with distinction).
She holds multiple certifications, including:

ECE with Infant Toddler and Special Needs (SNE) specializations in British Columbia

Level 3 certification in Alberta

Training in child safety and first aid instruction
Cannice is passionate about ongoing learning and regularly participates in workshops and professional development to continue expanding her expertise.
She is supported by a team of dedicated family assistants who are also highly qualified and share a commitment to providing exceptional care for every child.
